Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign up to upload a file?
No. Anonymous uploads work without an account — you get a sandbox URL on publr.site, and a one-click claim link if you want to move it into your account later.
What file types are supported?
The private beta currently focuses on PDF, images, and the explicitly enabled upload types. Static ZIP sites and adaptive video streaming remain disabled until their production gates are validated.
How does the claim flow work?
When you upload anonymously you receive a private claim link. During the private beta, sign in with an approved tester account and click it once to attach the URL to your account. The URL stays the same.
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domains are part of the paid-plan preview, but new domain attachment is paused during the private beta while retry and cleanup handling is validated.
How does video streaming work?
Adaptive Bunny Stream delivery is part of the Pro/Agency preview. It remains disabled in the private beta until the full production pipeline and monitoring gates pass.
Can I schedule a URL to go live later?
Pro and Agency plans support scheduled publishing. Pick a future date and timezone; visitors before that date see a countdown page (with optional pre-publish copy). The URL is identical before and after — no redirect.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, you keep your account and your existing URLs, but new ones revert to Free-tier limits. We never delete your data without notice.
Do you offer refunds?
We refund any subscription within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@publr.host (or use the in-product help button) within that window.
